This tutorial shows you how to configure Outlook Express to retrieve mail from your email account.
1. Start your Outlook Express software. Click 'Tools' and select 'Accounts...'.

2. On the Internet Accounts page, select the Mail tab, click 'Add' and then select 'Mail...'.

3. On the Your Name page, enter the email sender's name as the Display name and click 'Next'.

4.On the Internet E-mail Address page, enter the email address and click 'Next'.

On the E-mail Server Names page, select POP3 as your incoming server type and enter the incoming and outgoing mail servers and then click 'Next' to continue.

6. On the Internet Mail Logon screen, enter userID@yourdomain.com as your Account name and your email account password and then click 'Next'. You may check 'Remember password' but DO NOT check 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)'.

You have successfully configured your POP email software to use the our email server as your SMTP server.
If your ISP does not provide SMTP server service for your use, you may use the our mail server for SMTP. You will have to specify your Outlook Express software to authenticate in order for the SMTP server to accept your outgoing email.
7. Select the Mail tab, highlight your email account and click Properties.

8. Select the Servers tab and ensure that the SMTP server is defined as smtp.yourdomain.com

9. Check My server requires authentication and Click Apply.

10. Click Advanced and change SMTP to a special port number : 465 and click Apply.

You have successfully configured your POP email software to use the our email server as your SMTP server.
